So, finally got around to starting the 100 Pushups Challenge.
There’s this website that says it will have you doing 100 consecutive pushups in 6 weeks.
If you’ve tried doing pushups recently, especially if you’re bit of a full time computer nerd such as myself, then you’ll realise it’s not that easy.
So the promise of being able to do 100 consecutive pushups is quite alluring, especially considering all the advantages there is to gain from being able to perform such a feat.
I’ve just done Day 1, which requires 5 sets of 10, 12, 7, 7 and as much as you can (min. 9) respectively. Not that easy, hey.
I have until Wednesday to recover before doing Day 2. I have a sneaky suspicion I’ll be hurting tomorrow…
